Flat Beans with Garlic Flower
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) garlic flower purée
- 1 lb (454 g) flat beans, bleached
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, bring the broth to a boil with the butter and garlic flower. Add the beans and cook, stirring frequently, until they are glazed. Season with salt and pepper.
