Crab and Strawberry Salad with Lime
Ingredients
- Flesh of 2 avocados, cut in 1-inch (2,5 cm) cubes
- 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut in 1-inch (2,5 cm) cubes
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh strawberries, quartered
- 3/4 lb (350 g) snow crab meat
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, gently toss all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
