  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) sugar
  • 2 to 3 ripe, but firm bananas, sliced

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 23-cm (9-inch) pie plate. Bake for about 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool.
