Mustard Barbecue Sauce (North Carolina)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chili powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil, stirring with a whisk. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with spit-roasted pork, in a hamburger, or on ribs.
