Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% cream
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) corn syrup
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cocoa powder, sifted
- 2 oz (55 g) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 6 store-bought baked pastry shells
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) store-bought dulce de leche or caramel sauce
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
