Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115 g) fresh goat cheese, softened (see note)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tarragon leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks (see note)
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1/2 English cucumber, cut into sticks

Instructions

  1. In a small food processor, combine the goat cheese with the yogurt and honey until the mixture is creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Using a spatula, scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the dip among 4 wide-mouth 1 ½-cup (375 ml) resealable jars.
