Pork Tenderloin with a Coffee Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp finely ground coffee
- 2 tbsp fine sea salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 pork tenderloins, about ¾ lb (340 g) each
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- Rub each tenderloin with 2 tbsp of dry rub. Let stand for 10 minutes. Keep the remaining rub in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Reduce the grill’s heat to medium. Grill the pork tenderloins for 10 to 15 minutes, turning at regular intervals. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a potato salad or a green salad drizzled with coffee vinaigrette, if desired.
