No-Cook Strawberry Jam 



Ingredients

  • 6 cups (840 g) fresh or thawed frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups (315 g) sugar
  • 1 package (45 grams) freezer jam powdered pectin

Instructions

  1. On a work surface, dice 2 cups (280 g) of the strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, using a potato masher, or in a food processor, purée the remaining strawberries with the orange juice until smooth. Stir in the sugar. Add the diced strawberries and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the pectin to the jam mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Transfer the jam into containers and seal tightly.
  4. The jam will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator or for 1 year in the freezer.
