  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) wasabi, or to taste
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) wasabi, or to taste
  • 1 lb (454 g) very fresh bluefin tuna, finely chopped with a knife
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds and/or black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lime, zest finely grated
  • 1/2 cup (15 g) baby arugula
  • 4 long baguette slices, toasted

  1. In a small food processor, purée the avocado with the lime juice and wasabi paste. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
