Honey-Glazed Duck and Apple Brochettes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 duck breast halves, about 3/4 lb (340 g) each, completely trimmed of fat
- 2 Golden Delicious apples, cored and each cut into 6 cubes
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil.
- Stir well and reduce for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
