Ингредиенты

  • 3 cups (750 ml) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh ginger, grated (optional)
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 stale croissants
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter

  1. In a saucepan, combine 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries, the water, sugar and ginger. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes. Pour into a blender and purée until smooth. Add the remaining blueberries and let cool.
