Smoked Salmon Pizza
Ingredients
- Cornmeal
- 1 recipe for Homemade Pizza Dough
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 lb (250g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 4 to 6 thinl red onion slices, broken into rings
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) capers, chopped
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 16 large shavings Grana Padano cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
- Sprinkle a little cornmeal on the pizza stone and the peel. Roll out the dough to form two 20-cm (8-inch) crusts.
- Oil both. Evenly scatter the smoked salmon, onion, capers, pistachios and cheese shavings.
- Slide the pizza on the pizza stone. Bake at the bottom of the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with freshly ground pepper and lemon wedges.
