Ham and Egg Toast
Ingredients
- 1 slice country bread, toasted
- 1 slice Honey-Spiced Ham with sauce, warm
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 hard or soft-boiled egg, peeled
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions
- Spread some honey-spiced sauce on the toast and cover with the slice of ham. Layer the cucumber slices over the ham.
- Cut the egg in half and place on the cucumber. Top with the parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Season the egg with salt and pepper.
